Paint that Kills Bacteria
There is a new sheriff in town in the painting industry and it is flashing it's shield to let it be known!!
Paint Shield™ is the first EPA-registered paint that kills greater than 99.9% of Staph (Staphylococcus aureus), MRSA, E. coli, VRE, and Enterobacter aerogenes within two hours of exposure on a painted surface.

Paint Shield™ can be applied on interior hard, non-porous ceilings, walls, doors, and trim. It is ideal for a variety of settings such as healthcare facilities, athletic facilities, schools, day care centers, senior care communities, residential housing, hospitality settings and cruise ships.
EPA-test protocol showed that once it is applied, the effectiveness of Paint Shield™ lasts for up to four (4) years as long as the integrity of the surface is maintained.
There is not much limitation when it comes to color selection since it will be available in 590 colors and will be offered in the versitile eg-shel finish.
This is very exciting news and should be highly considered for the appropriate spaces for obvious health reasons.
