Well, yes, that and more. In fact, I love the way, even when I was getting an estimate from you, you didn't hesitate, you were out here doing a very thorough look at what we wanted done, documenting it well, sending me an email to confirm, and then you followed through on all the work and worked with us on the schedule so it was most convenient for the both of us.

Oh I've already referred to a friend or a neighbor because people are always looking for good quality work and you definately do that so we've been very pleased.
